  3. Uses words that read well on the Internet. (Notice how the language of web sites is different from printed pamphlets and reports?)

  5. Contains an automated, secure, inexpensive, totally professional purchase system. (Either right from the time of the launch, or later as business develops at the site.)
  6. Can be easily expanded as necessary.
  7. Is expertly tuned for the search engines. (Giving it has a better-than-even chance of getting good rankings)
  8. Has a surprisingly reasonable price tag. (Considering all the personalised attention and marketing advice they get while the site is being built.)
  9. Will have low, on-going hosting and maintenance costs.
  10. Gets built by a designer who can also advise them on marketing, low-cost resources, pictures and text. (And has already built dozens of sites in different industries.)

And they want to know five or six effective things they can regularly do themselves to market the site, once it is finished.
